John Dolan

John has over 20 years’ experience of advising and investing in Irish private companies looking to accelerate their growth plans. John led Cardinal investments and exits in Learning Pool, AA Ireland, GSLS and Carroll Cuisine and is currently a board member of the holding companies of a number of Cardinal investee companies including Sports Surgery Clinic and Luzern Technology Solutions.

John was previously a Partner with Investec Ventures where he was investor and director in a number of Ireland’s fastest growing technology companies including AMCS, Helix Health (sold to Clanwilliam Health), Fenergo (sold to Insight) and Brite:bill (sold to Amdocs).

John previously advised some of Ireland’s leading businesses in his role with NCB and Deloitte Corporate Finance. He is a first class honours graduate of University College Dublin and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
