Stephen Beale

Stephen joined Cardinal in 2025 following 4 years working in private equity and investment banking in London. Most recently, Stephen was a Director at Lonsdale Capital Partners, a UK and Ireland lower mid-market private equity fund. Prior to Lonsdale, Stephen was a Vice President at Lincoln International, a US mid-market investment bank, managing sell side and buy side M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.

Stephen also previously spent three years with IBI Corporate Finance, one of Ireland’s leading corporate finance advisory firms, where he advised on a number on a number of private, public and infrastructure transactions.

Stephen holds a first class honours degree in Chemical Engineering from UCD, and is a CFA charterholder.
