Together with a local senior lender, Cardinal provided mezzanine finance to the project for the construction of the apartment development required by Dublin City Council for social housing. Cardinal and McGarrell Reilly Group recently extended their funding relationship, with Cardinal participating in funding the apartments for the final phase of the Charlemont Square scheme.
