Ben O’Donoghue
A member of Cardinal’s Commercial Real Estate Team since 2015, Ben is responsible for the origination, underwriting and ongoing management of a portfolio of loans. He coordinates the financial and legal due diligence on prospective transactions, assesses the risks, potential rewards and appropriate pricing of each and brings selected deals through the investment committee process to financial close.
Ben is a graduate of University College Dublin with a background in equity, debt and derivative trading and 25 years’ capital markets experience. Ben has led Cardinal investments across the office, residential, retail, leisure and development land sectors.
